Our ethos is focused on offering well-presented food and campaign against the stigma of unhealthy poor quality school meals.
We offer popular-street food including fruit pots, salad bowls, and ‘grab and go ‘options.
We source our ingredients and purchase from specially selected suppliers who are as close to our premises as possible.
Where possible we work with Assured Food Standards to procure Red Tractor products.
We do our best to support British farmers and suppliers by using many seasonal fruits, vegetables, meats and fish with effective menu planning.
We use china plates whenever possible and other reusable containers for food presentation any disposable items are fully compostable supporting the environment.
